At Dnister, we are continually looking
at ways to improving the products and services we have on
offer. It is important to be able to provide the very best
in banking so we can achieve our mission in providing
Financial Advantage, Prosperity and Wealth to members and
the Ukrainian community in Australia.
To fall in line with this, we will
continue to review our services and provide upgrades to our
internet banking services to offer a new online experience
for our members.
Things you should
know
- Changes in appearance do not mean changes
in your account. The way you do your internet banking is
still the same, however it is now delivered through a
different platform.
- The safety of your accounts is
not compromised with this crossover. In fact, your accounts
have now been made safer with the introduction of a new
feature, 'Secure SMS'. You can read more about it
here.
- All your account and
transactional information is
crossed over to the new system, including BPAY, direct debit
and external transfers, except for members who have
registered for BPAYView. To obtain transaction history
earlier than the past 6 months, you will need to speak to one of our
member services officers.
- Your
logon details are still the same for the first log-in, but you
will be asked to change your password thereafter. For security purposes,
we recommend you use a combination of upper and lower case
characters and change your password regularly.
What you need to do
1. When you first log-in, you will need to create a new
password.
2. You will also be required to
register for 'Secure SMS'.
3. Please
remember the new interface will look different, however we
hope that you will find it to be safer and user friendly.
4. If at any point
you need help with the new system, please feel free to
contact us, and our member service officers will be more
than happy to help.
