Hoverla Ukrainian Credit Co-operative joins with Dnister The Board of Dnister and Hoverla Ukrainian Credit Co-operative wish to advise that members of both organisations voted overwhelmingly in favour of the resolution to merge the two entities as of the 1st May 2008. This outcome recognises the benefits and opportunities which will be available to all members as a result of our combined strength, and further ensures that our Ukrainian Community focus and member relationships can be protected into the future in a more competitive market. >more |

We welcome aboard Borys Potiuch and Frank Jaroslaw Fursenko from the Hoverla Board who will become part of the newly formed Board of Directors of Dnister, joining Michael Kornitschuk (Chair), Wal Mykytenko (Deputy Chair), Richard Horban, Andrew Matiszak, Greg Anolak, John Kotowskyj and Theo Alexander. |
