| Details | Jaga Band is a Sydney-based Ukrainian / Gypsy ensemble which presents famous virtuosic Eastern European melodies with a focus on Carpathian musical culture. Lead by multi-instrumentalist and singer Mar’yana Sywak, every performance and song acquaints the audience to a wide range of Carpathian traditional music and unique folk instruments such as the bandura, sopilka / recorder, violin, and cymbalom played by Belarus virtuoso Lucy Voronov. |
