Access to online content is determined on the associated cyber risk of your location.<\/p>\n<p>Geo-blocking can be applied in a range of industries and is most commonly employed by streaming companies to limit content to\u00a0 countries and regions worldwide.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s this ability to limit access based on geographical location that we are employing to protect our systems and your data. We have applied this increased security measure to our Internet Banking and Phone App services. If you\u2019re not travelling to any of the locations listed above you have your access will not be restricted. However, if you\u2019re travelling to any of the countries or regions listed above and would like to access our online services please contact Dnister 3 weeks prior to your departure.<\/p>\n<h3>Requesting online access<\/h3>\n<p>The safest way to register your request to access online services whilst travelling is through Dnister\u2019s Secure Mail service. This can be accessed via our <a href=\"https:\/\/banking.dnister.com.au\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Internet Banking<\/a> portal. Simply login to internet banking prior to your departure and click \u201cService\u201d from the top menu bar and choose \u201cSecure Mail\u201d from the drop down menu. This will open a secure email portal where you can send an email with the details of the times, dates and countries you will be visiting.
