A<\/span>t\u00a0<\/span>Dnister\u2019s<\/span>\u00a0Annual General Meeting<\/span>\u00a0in November<\/span>,\u00a0<\/span>we\u00a0<\/span>proudly unveiled<\/span>\u00a0a new chapter for our organisation: a\u00a0<\/span>new\u00a0<\/span>name and refreshed identity as <\/span><\/span>Dnister<\/span>\u00a0Bank<\/span><\/span><\/strong>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>From\u00a0<\/span>Monday\u00a0<\/span>1<\/span>6<\/span><\/span>th<\/span><\/span>\u00a0March<\/span>,\u00a0<\/span>our<\/span>\u00a0new name and look<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>will replace current branding<\/span>\u00a0for\u00a0<\/span>Dnister<\/span> Ukrainian Credit Co-operative Ltd<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Our refreshed brand<\/span><\/span>\u00a0continues to honour\u00a0<\/span>Dnister\u2019s<\/span> Ukrainian and Latvian heritage, while positioning us for growth and sustained success. It reflects who we are today: a trusted, values-led, member-owned bank committed to helping our members and communities thrive.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

While\u00a0<\/span>Dnister\u2019s<\/span>\u00a0look will evolve, what matters most\u00a0<\/span>remains<\/span>\u00a0unchanged \u2013 our people, our service, and our dedication to every member.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>There will be no impact on member accounts<\/span>\u00a0or<\/span>\u202f<\/span>access<\/span>\u00a0and<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>members\u00a0<\/span>do not need to do anything<\/span>.\u202f<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

When will the change happen and what will this look like?<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

From 16<\/span>th<\/span>\u00a0March,\u00a0you\u2019ll\u00a0start seeing the\u00a0Dnister\u00a0Bank name and refreshed branding across:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    What does this mean for\u00a0<\/span>members<\/span>?<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

    There\u00a0<\/span>will be<\/span>\u00a0no impact on\u00a0<\/span>member<\/span>\u00a0accounts,\u00a0<\/span>access<\/span>\u00a0or services<\/span>\u00a0beyond\u00a0<\/span>a new look<\/span>. Members<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>don\u2019t<\/span>\u00a0need to do anything\u00a0<\/span>and<\/span>\u00a0can continue banking with us exactly as you do today.<\/span><\/p>\n

      While our look is evolving, who we are is not changing.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Cards and payments<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n

      There will be no changes to existing Visa Debit Cards, and members can continue using their current cards as normal. When your card expires, you\u2019ll be issued a new Visa Debit Card in the new Dnister Bank branding, with the option to choose between a Ukrainian- or Latvian-inspired design.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      If you have your Visa Debit Card saved in a digital wallet (such as Apple Pay or Google Pay), it will continue to work as\u00a0normal\u00a0and\u00a0members do not need to take any action.\u00a0In future, instructions will be provided if\u00a0you\u00a0would like to\u00a0update\u00a0your digital card\u00a0to the new brand,\u00a0but this is not a functional requirement.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      Cheques and Cue Cards will not be rebranded and will be decommissioned in the near future\u202f\u2013\u202ffurther information on this\u00a0<\/span>as well as alternatives to ensure a smooth transition will be communicated<\/span>\u202f<\/span>in advance. Members can continue using their current cheques and Cue Cards in the meantime.\u202f<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      Why is Dnister making this change?<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n

      Dnister is evolving to better serve our current members and our communities for generations to come. This change\u00a0<\/span>helps us better explain who we are and what we do, while continuing to\u00a0operate\u00a0as the same trusted, member-owned organisation.\u00a0It supports our ability to grow with\u00a0purpose\u00a0and\u00a0serve with heart,\u00a0continuing\u00a0to\u00a0invest in our communities\u00a0for\u00a0many more\u00a0decades.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
