We’d like to let you know that eStatements will be temporarily unavailable this weekend due to a planned system upgrade. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Outage Schedule
• Start: Saturday, 15 November 2025 at 4:00 pm AEDT
• End: Sunday, 16 November 2025 at 10:00 am AEDT

During this time, access to eStatements will be unavailable.

This upgrade is part of our ongoing commitment to enhance system performance and reliability. All services are expected to resume promptly once the maintenance is complete.
