Continuing the conversation – together

Thank you to everyone who joined our recent Town Hall and shared your thoughts.

We know how important it is for members to have a voice, to hear directly from the Board, and to feel part of these conversations about our future. To ensure everyone has that opportunity – to ask questions, share perspectives, and stay informed – we’re holding a second in-person Town Hall Meeting to continue the discussion on the proposed constitutional change to remove Clause 75.

This additional session will give members another opportunity to hear directly from Dnister’s Board and CEO Ashley Hood and gain a clearer understanding of how the proposal is designed to strengthen our governance, meet regulatory requirements, and protect Dnister’s ability to serve members well into the future. These changes do not affect Dnister’s member-owned structure or values, they’re about ensuring we can continue operating strongly within today’s regulatory environment.

We value every member’s voice and remain committed to open, respectful dialogue, even when views differ. Honest conversations help us move forward together and ensure decisions reflect the best interests of our members.
