Dnister has launched an exciting new operating model for the Geelong community.

Commencing on 6th September 2021, Dnister opened a new Service Centre within the nearby newsXpress Bank@post agency. The Service Centre has been professionally designed to provide a contemporary banking experience. It will be operated by our Geelong Personal Banker staff Tatiana Dupnak and Anita Kovzan, who will continue to provide cashless banking services, supported by the Bank@post agency cash transaction services.

In addition, our Personal Bankers will be available to meet with our members and community organisations by appointment at a convenient time and location. They will also be supported by our Mobile Manager, Shane Bastian, who will be available to meet with members during regular weekly attendance and at other times by appointment.

“These new arrangements will enable our people to engage more effectively with members and community organisations and support key community meetings, functions and events”, said Dnister’s CEO Liam Tiernan. Dnister will also continue to support community groups through initiatives such as community accounts and Dnister Benefit Contributions Program.

“We need to continue adapting the way we service our members to meet their changing needs, providing more flexibility and options so we are available when our members need us”, said Mr Tiernan. “Dnister is committed to supporting the community, as the community supports us.”

Dnister understands that change can be difficult and challenging at times. “Please remember that our Geelong team are here to support you every step of the way”, said Mr Tiernan, “so reach out to them when you need assistance. Our Geelong team are also supported by the whole Dnister team.”

Thank you for your ongoing loyalty and support. We look forward to continuing to provide banking services to the Geelong Community and building our Co-operative for future generations.
